Top 3 Toning Exercises For Sexy Arms

There is little else that tells the world you have a great body than arms that are toned and sexy. After all, you can’t really hide them, and it’s not like you walk around showing off your abs or your nice firm butt all day is it?

So which exercises work the quickest to tone and sculpt sexy arms that any woman would be proud of to show off in a sleeveless dress, tank top, or tiny-tee?

There are a few that I recommend above all others, but first I need to mention a little side note here. You might remember that I have mentioned in past articles that doing exercises for toning your arms alone, will not give you the desired result you are looking for.

Notice I said ALONE.

Of course, exercises specifically designed to tone and sculpt you arms are incredibly important, but if that’s all you do, you will end up with a few problems.

Problem 1 - The rest of your body will fall behind.

Problem 2 - You wont burn enough calories, and thus, enough fat, to make the muscle definition in your arms actually stand out.

Problem 3 - Your metabolism (the rate at which you burn calories) will remain depressed and you will constantly struggle to keep weight off no matter how much will power you have.

I have chosen these three arm toning exercises for their ability to shape and sculpt the arms without building bulk; while creating a lean, toned, and sexy look.

They are:

1) Incline Narrow Width Pushup
2) Lying French Press
3) Bench Dips

These three exercises are incredibly powerful in helping your create toned and sexy arms when used in a proper program, and they require little else than a pair of dumbbells and a flat workout bench.
